US Atlas Visual LLC provides cinematic drone video, 360° virtual tours, and listing photography for real estate in the Greater Rochester, NY area. Our drone pilots are FAA Part 107 certified. We carry full liability insurance on every shoot.
Booking & Payment
Payment is due before the shoot unless you have enrolled in our Pay-at-Close program. We accept secure card payments, processed by Stripe. A 10% deposit confirms your booking; the balance is due on delivery. Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of payment — or, for Pay-at-Close clients, upon approved enrollment. We do not hold dates without payment or approved enrollment.
Pay-at-Close Program
By enrolling in Pay-at-Close, you agree that payment is due at the closing table from sale proceeds. If the listing is still active 6 months after the shoot date, payment becomes due directly at that time.
A one-time 5-minute setup is required on your first Pay-at-Close order. Flexible repayment plans are available if the listing does not sell within 6 months — contact us to discuss options. Enrollment in Pay-at-Close does not alter any other terms of this agreement.
Weather & Rescheduling
Drone flights require winds below 15 mph and dry conditions per FAA safety regulations. If weather requires rescheduling, we will contact you by 7:00 AM on shoot day. Rescheduling due to weather is always free and at no penalty to the client. We will work with you to find the next available date.
Deliverables & Timeline
We are committed to fast turnaround so your listing can go live without delay:
- Photos and virtual tour links are delivered within 24 hours of the shoot.
- Video reels and full edited packages are delivered within 48 hours.
- Morning shoots often deliver same-day.
If delivery will be delayed for any reason, we will notify you proactively. Rushed delivery requests are accommodated when possible — contact us to discuss.
Media Rights & Usage
Upon delivery and receipt of full payment, you receive a full license to use all delivered media for real estate marketing purposes, including MLS listings, Zillow, Realtor.com, social media, print materials, and your brokerage website.
US Atlas Visual LLC retains the right to use shoot media for our own portfolio, website, and marketing unless you request otherwise in writing before the shoot. If you have confidentiality requirements, let us know when booking.
Launch Program
Launch Program shoots are provided free of charge to qualifying new listings in exchange for media usage rights. There is no deposit, no contract, and no obligation to book paid services afterward. Acceptance into the Launch Program is at our discretion and based on shoot availability and listing fit.
Cancellation Policy
- More than 24 hours notice: Full refund of any deposit or payment made.
- Less than 24 hours notice: 50% of the booking fee may be forfeited to cover scheduling costs.
- No-show (no contact on shoot day): Full booking fee applies.
Weather cancellations initiated by US Atlas Visual are always fully refunded or rescheduled at no cost to you.
Limitation of Liability
Our liability for any claim arising from a shoot is limited to the amount paid for that specific shoot. US Atlas Visual LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including lost listings, lost commissions, or delays in listing launch. Our drone operations comply with all applicable FAA regulations and local airspace requirements.
