How does the free Launch Program work — really?
Exactly as described. You get a full Complete Bundle shoot ($699 value), free, in exchange for permission to use the resulting media on our website and social channels. No deposit, no contract, no obligation to book paid shoots after. We're building our portfolio of Rochester properties — you get professional cinematic media, we get permission to showcase it. That's the whole deal.
How many Launch Program spots are available?
We offer 5 agent spots, 3 FSBO homeowner spots, and 2 brokerage trial spots per round. Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis — first come, first served within each category. When a round fills, we open a waitlist for the next round. Apply here.
Delivery & Files
How fast do I get my files?
Photos and tour links are delivered within 24 hours of the shoot. Video, reels, and the final edited package are delivered within 48 hours. Morning shoots typically deliver same-day by evening. Twilight shoots (which require post-sunset timing) deliver within 48–72 hours due to the added editing time.
What exactly do I receive?
You receive: high-res aerial stills (10–15 photos) sized for Zillow, Realtor.com, and MLS — a branded tour URL — an unbranded tour URL — the drone video as an .mp4 in both horizontal 16:9 (for MLS and Zillow) and vertical 9:16 (for Instagram Reels and TikTok) — and a step-by-step upload guide for Zillow, Realtor.com, and Facebook Marketplace. Everything arrives in one delivery email with clearly labeled download links.
Do I own the files permanently?
Yes. Once delivered, all files are yours permanently. You can re-use them for future marketing, your agent website, brokerage materials, or anything else. There are no licensing restrictions on your use of the content we create for you.
Pay When You Sell
How does Pay When You Sell work?
Every package is eligible. You complete a one-time 5-minute setup on your first order. We shoot and deliver on our normal schedule — no delays, no conditions. Payment is due at closing from sale proceeds, or directly 6 months after the shoot date if the listing is still active. Flexible repayment plans available if needed. No credit check, no credit impact to apply.
What if the listing doesn't sell?
If the listing hasn't closed after 6 months, payment becomes due directly — not from closing proceeds. We work with agents and homeowners on flexible payment plans if that situation arises. Full terms are disclosed at setup. We've designed this to be low-risk: you go live immediately, we trust the process.
Logistics & Scheduling
What if the weather is bad?
We reschedule at no charge — drone flights require calm winds (under 25 mph) and dry conditions per FAA regulations. Interior 360° tours and ground photography can usually still proceed on rainy or cloudy days. We monitor weather 24 hours ahead and will reach out proactively if conditions look marginal.
Do I need to be at the property during the shoot?
No. Many of our clients simply provide lockbox access or leave a key. The shoot takes 60–90 minutes on-site. We handle everything — exterior drone sequences, interior 360° capture, and all camera setups. You'll receive a text when we arrive and when we're done.
What areas do you cover?
All of Monroe County with no travel fees — Rochester, Brighton, Pittsford, Penfield, Greece, Gates, Henrietta, Webster, Irondequoit, Charlotte, and all surrounding towns. Licensing & Platforms
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. FAA Part 107 certified — the commercial drone operator license required by federal law for any paid aerial photography or video. Fully insured with drone-specific liability coverage. Documentation available on request for HOA submissions, property managers, or brokerage compliance files.
Can I add a 360° tour to Zillow myself?
Yes. Zillow has a Virtual Tour URL field in every listing's edit dashboard — it takes under 5 minutes to add. We deliver a written step-by-step guide with every tour. The Complete Bundle for FSBO homeowners includes a 15-minute 1-on-1 walkthrough call to make sure the tour appears correctly on your listing.
Which platforms will my listing appear on?
Your media works on: Zillow (3D Tour badge on the thumbnail), Realtor.com (virtual tour integration), MLS (unbranded tour URL + video), Redfin (photo and tour syndication), Trulia (powered by Zillow's feed), Facebook Marketplace (tour link + social reel), Instagram Reels, TikTok, and your agent or brokerage website as a branded embed. We include platform-specific upload guides for each.
Client Portal & Downloads
When do I get my portal access code?
Your access code arrives in your delivery email — the same email that tells you your media is ready. It's a short code in the format UAV-XXXX. You don't need it before then: there's nothing in the portal until your files are delivered.
How do I log in and download my files?
Go to usatlasvisual.com/login, enter your access code, and you're in — no account or password needed. Your portal shows every order with its tour links, video files, aerial stills, and social reel, each with a download link. The code isn't case-sensitive.
I lost my access code. What do I do?
Email contact@usatlasvisual.com or call/text (585) 478-5023 and we'll re-send your delivery email right away. Your code is also in the original delivery email — search your inbox for "US Atlas Visual."
How long do my files stay available in the portal?
Your portal access doesn't expire during your listing period, and the files themselves are yours permanently. We recommend downloading everything to your own storage when it arrives — but if you ever need a file re-sent, just ask. We keep archives of every shoot.
I used Pay-When-You-Sell — does that change my portal access?
No. You get full access to every file the moment we deliver — same as any paid-in-full client. Your listing goes live immediately. The invoice simply settles from closing proceeds when the property sells, or becomes due directly 6 months after the shoot if the listing is still active.
Can I reschedule my shoot after booking?
Yes — call or text (585) 478-5023 and we'll move it, no charge with reasonable notice. Weather-related rescheduling is always free (we'll usually reach out first if conditions look marginal). Same-day cancellations may affect priority for your next booking slot.
