US Atlas Visual LLC is a real estate media company based in Rochester, NY. We provide drone video, 360° virtual tours, and listing photography throughout the Greater Rochester area.

Card payments are processed securely by Stripe — we never store or have access to your full card or bank account numbers. If you enroll in our Pay-at-Close program, we collect information necessary for the deferred payment agreement.
How We Use It
We use the information you provide to:
- Schedule and coordinate your shoot
- Communicate with you about your order, including confirmations and weather updates
- Deliver your finished media (gallery links, virtual tour URLs, and downloadable files)
- Follow up after delivery to ensure your satisfaction
- Issue invoices or payment reminders where applicable
Who We Share It With
We do not sell your personal data. We do not share your information with third-party advertisers or marketing platforms.
We share information only with the service providers necessary to deliver our product, including:
- Stripe — for secure card payment processing
- Cloudflare — for website hosting, security, and client portal access
These providers are bound by their own privacy policies and process your data only as needed to perform their services.
